Each step of the sales cycle is incentivized. We are looking for
someone who is hungry for commission and willing to put in the
effort to grow their own success.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Your mission is to reach as many businesses as possible. This role
will be 80% phone based.
• You will be responsible for generating call lists with the tools
provided, making calls, setting meetings, and recording the
success of each call.
• Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn and other resources to prepare for the
100 outbound calls you’ll make throughout the day with an
intention of making 5-10 appointments each week.
• Work both independently and in partnership with E & E Tech
leadership to find and qualify leads
• Utilize a variety of sales approaches with the guidance of E & E
Tech leadership
• Leverage data scraping and lead generation automation tools to
maximize efficiency
• Cold call potential prospects that may be a good fit for the E & E Tech services model
• Be comfortable speaking with potential clients on the phone, via
social media, and through email
• Have a strong understanding of all E & E Tech services
• Meet/exceed company expectations from a performance
standpoint
• Strategically identify and foster new client relationships and
manage them long-term
• Represent the E & E Tech brand at industry and related events

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working with a CRM
• Previous experience in MSP solutions
• General technology experience and interest
• Training will be provided for those without experience
